Join Databricks: Solutions Architect for Retail & Consumer Goods

We are on the hunt for experienced pre-sales professionals with a proven track record of helping large enterprises embrace data-driven strategies. At Databricks, you'll collaborate with our Account Executive (AE) and define the technical roadmap for our most significant accounts, driving increased adoption of our advanced machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) products.

Your Impact:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

  • Serve as the primary technical lead for 1-2 major clients, representing Databricks.
  • Guide clients on their journey to integrate and leverage Databricks solutions.
  • Implement and communicate the technical strategy for target accounts.
  • Build and foster a network of technical champions within client organizations.
  • Align client technical strategies with Databricks solutions.
  • Mentor and support other team members.

What We Look For:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience with large-scale accounts (> $1m ARR) in the Retail and CPG sectors.
  • 3+ years in pre-sales or sales support roles.
  • Technical proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud computing.
  • Experience driving data-driven business transformation.
  • 3+ years with big data technologies like Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP, or full lifecycle data science solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
  • Databricks Certification is a plus.
