Job Title: Spatial Data Manager CAD/CAFM

Primary Function:

As a vital part of the Global Space Planning Team at Intuitive, the Spatial Data Manager is entrusted with the comprehensive management of our Space Management Tool, Archibus. This role focuses heavily on maintaining the integrity of CAD floorplans, occupant data, and generating insightful reports to support our growing infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of spatial data within Archibus.
• Develop and implement data management policies and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design and enhance data visualizations and operational processes.
• Lead change management initiatives regarding space optimization and utilization.
• Facilitate training and development on global CAD/CAFM standards for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Smartsheets, Snowflake, and SQL.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations, or Facility Management.
• Experience in engineering, business, auditing, or consultancy is preferable.
• Strong project management skills and proven leadership capabilities.
