Working within a rapidly growing, dynamic team of Consultants and Architects, this role requires you to be a strong team player, highly motivated, and passionate about delivering successful customer solutions.
The duties include all essential consultative aspects required to represent Sword in front of our customers, conduct assessments, deliver Art of the Possible sessions, author state-of-the-art documentation and play a crucial role in designing and implementing top-notch solutions aligned with customer needs.
Additionally, you will be expected to support pre-sales activities and be a significant contributor to the continuous development of our offerings and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance our services.
Requirements
You need to be proficient in delivering solutions based on Microsoft features with proven expertise in at least 3 topics and/or Microsoft Purview (or equivalent) features like:
- SharePoint Architecture 2010+
- Data Classification
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Retention Policies
- Workflows (SharePoint and/or PowerAutomate)
- PnP site provisioning
- PowerShell scripting
- PowerBI Reporting
- Information Protection
- Insider risk management
- Communication compliance
- Information barriers
- Records management
- Audit
- eDiscovery
You need to have:
- 5+ years of proven record of designing/delivering Microsoft 365 based complex solutions for a variety of customers, from mid-market to Enterprise scale.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of architectural components of SharePoint 2013+ and SharePoint Online.
- A strong background of producing high quality documentation and solution artifacts.
- Experience in designing and successfully delivering solutions, including supporting the production of proposals, SoWs, high-level designs, RFP responses, roadmaps, and strategies.
- Minimum Microsoft Certification SC-400 and SC-900 or MS-500 already achieved or working towards achieving.
