Responsibilities

As a part-time Specialist in our People Data Reporting Service team (GBE/SHV-DR), you will:

  • Lead the annual preparation, execution, and review of BASF's global personnel planning campaign, including data collection and validation.
  • Analyze and evaluate a wide array of data from HR systems (e.g., HRBW, SAP-HR) and controlling systems (e.g., COINS, Cobalt) to ensure compliance with legal guidelines and corporate standards.
  • Manage data collection and steer the quality assurance process using state-of-the-art tools, ensuring adherence to predefined timelines set by Corporate Governance units.
  • Handle global contact management for BASF group companies and sites, including user management and administration.
  • Train and consult participants on global reporting campaigns, focusing on data handling.
  • Advise HR business partners and leaders within your area of competence with an outstanding service mindset.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or similar relevant fields.
  • Professional experience in reporting aspects or a comparable role in HR, Finance, or Controlling.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of reporting processes and HR processes.
  • Effective communication skills, a strong service mindset, and a high degree of self-organization.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written skills; additional languages are an asset.
