As an Azure Data & AI Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the sales process and achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue targets for Data & AI. You'll work as a senior solution sales leader within our growing SMC business, leading a virtual team of technical resources, partners, and consultants. Your expertise in Data Modernization, Analytics, and AI will empower clients to utilize data effectively to meet their business objectives, leveraging our unique hybrid data platform to drive digital transformation.
In this role, you will:
Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to introduce how other workloads can enable industry-aligned digital transformation. Initiate discussions on digital transformation in one or more solution areas, collaborating closely with partners and services. Build and promote digital transformation examples through seminars, workshops, webinars, and direct engagements, and collaborate with team members to uncover new opportunities.
Work tightly with Global Partner Sales and a network of partners to drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Identify new partners, develop joint proposals, and contribute to partner strategies to address capability gaps. Leverage internal stakeholder relationships to maximize customer impact.
Lead discussions and set up events within Microsoft, mentor others, and develop strategies for sharing best practices across subsidiaries. Act as a subject matter expert and initiate conversations with prospective customers and partners at events to expand the external network.
Collaborate with partners and internal resources, utilizing customer insights and industry knowledge to explore new business opportunities. Review feedback, manage end-to-end sales and delivery success, and forecast for accounts to drive strategic sales alignment. Complete required training and obtain relevant certifications.

Compensation:
The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $104,900 - CAD $167,300 per year. For more information on compensation, visit our .
