Oracle OFSAA Profitability Management Administrator

Join our team as an Oracle OFSAA Profitability Management Administrator and be a crucial part of our support team responsible for the development and maintenance of allocation solutions using the OFSAA Profitability Module. This role serves as a technical point of contact and a key contributor in the further growth and implementation of allocation strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and deliver IT solutions that provide business value using a balanced approach of people, process, and technology.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new team members.
• Ensure consistency across assigned delivery teams.
• Equip team members with the necessary tools and training for successful feature delivery.
• Define, monitor, and enforce coding standards; promote design pattern usage.
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Follow Agile Practices to form high-performing delivery teams.
• Analyze requirements and design solutions for projects and change requests with moderate to high complexity and risk.
• Participate in quality assurance and testing to meet quality objectives.
• Implement solutions and provide system support.
• Follow guidelines and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Support various aspects of Oracle security, security controls, and role-based access controls.
• Prepare functional and technical designs for custom roles after discussions with functional teams.
• Assist with system/data analysis and report solution development based on requirements.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Application, API, ETL/SSIS, ODI, data marts, etc., is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level software.
• Familiarity with Accounting, Financial Reporting, and General Ledger systems is preferred.
• Understanding of IT general controls (ITGC).
• Experience with data conversion and system integration.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and practices.
• Experience with SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016.

Additional Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience with Oracle OFSAA Profitability Management.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security and controls.
• Experience with Oracle EDMCS and Oracle FCCS.
• Familiarity with Oracle reporting products.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated DevOps experience.
• Ability to design and build both on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise design patterns and best practices.

Pay Range: $71,300.00 - $119,100.00

Note: The posted pay range includes various compensation factors such as candidate background, experience, work location, and potential for salary growth within the position.
