Omnicell's Product Data Management group is currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Business Data Analyst to enhance our Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations. This role promises a dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, technically advanced manufacturing sector with ample opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to define analytics and system enhancement needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish business requirements for system enhancements and develop Metrics and KPIs dashboards.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable data-driven reports and dashboards.
  • Utilize SAP database tables effectively and develop material, vendor, and customer master data insights.
  • Design and implement insightful dashboards using Tableau to highlight business opportunities and support decision-making processes.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures on Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Lead data governance initiatives by setting data standards and ensuring data integrity.
  • Develop and provide training on new reports and dashboards to business partners.
  • Identify and establish new reporting frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and resolve complex data quality issues.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrable expertise in SAP master data elements and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, MRP setups, and operations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proficient understanding of data visualization and dashboard management.Proven ability in SQL, Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Strong project management capabilities, focusing on effective task prioritization within the supply chain context.
  • Experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and master data analysis including data cleansing.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Data Analytics, preferably within a Manufacturing environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau and SQL.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with ETL tools and 4 years functioning as a Functional Analyst in MM/PP/SD SAP Modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced experience with Tableau, SQL, and SAP Master Data.
  • Experience with Python, statistical packages, and ETL tools like Microsoft SSIS, Tableau Prep, or Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like SalesForce, S4 Hana, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
