Role Summary
As a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer in the EU Supply Chain group, you will drive product development and improvements in partnership with our Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT) teams. This critical role combines Business Intelligence Engineering (BIE) and Project Management (PM) duties and is fundamental to our strategic mission of enhancing inventory precision, automation, and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth data analysis to contribute informed, data-driven insights for product development and model enhancements.
- Collaborate with technology stakeholders and internal partners across Europe to shape the product vision and developmental roadmap.
- Design and implement automated BI solutions for consistent reporting and ongoing product diagnostics.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and accessibility in alignment with our overarching Product Strategy.
About the Team
The S&OP product development team focuses on three primary objectives:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting existing products.
- Year-over-year enhancement of products through innovative features.
- Developing new in-house products to continuously improve our operations.

Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience handling large data sets and complex data structures.
- Solid background in experimental design, statistical analysis, and optimizing data workflows.
- Skilled in using AWS technologies and scripting for automation (e.g., Python, advanced SQL).
- Expertise in data mining, data science, and machine learning techniques.
- Proven ability to craft powerful visual narratives with data using tools like Tableau or QuickSight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical results to senior management.
- Experience driving projects with cross-functional teams and translating business objectives into actionable data strategies.
