The Role

Flex is seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Data Analyst to enhance our robust compliance program. You'll report directly to our Head of Analytics and collaborate extensively across various teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to drive significant business decisions and compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Analytics, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Product teams to maintain and strengthen compliance frameworks.
• Apply analytical rigor to the Compliance program, serving as a trusted advisor in monitoring, testing, and reporting activities.
• Convert complex data into clear and actionable insights, reports, and visualizations.
• Design and implement data models that serve as foundational elements for the compliance program.
• Innovate and automate routine monitoring and testing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in compliance/regulatory analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma Computing.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Inherent curiosity and a strong analytical mindset, capable of synthesizing complex data.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $155,000 to $169,000, based on experience and internal benchmarks. Flex provides comprehensive benefits including:
