Essential Job Functions:

Strategic Business Engagement: Engage regularly with internal stakeholders through business reviews and health checks to understand and enhance our operations.

Leadership Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to refine business processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced analytical tools to generate forecasts, identify anomalies, and develop actionable tools using platforms like notebooks, dashboards, or applications.

Operational Insight: Analyze key aspects of the business lifecycle, focusing on speed to insight, and manage the analytical lifecycle efficiently.

Team Guidance: Mentor and support embedded analysts and self-service data users, aligning with the Business Intelligence team to enhance metrics and data quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Advanced SQL proficiency.
  • Comfort with programming in R, Python, or Julia.
  • Strong grasp of statistical fundamentals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with version control and basic software engineering.
  • Experience developing analytical web apps, such as Shiny or Streamlit.
  • Familiarity with common BI tools and advanced statistical methods.
  • Proficiency in machine learning techniques for analytical problem-solving.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 5 years in data analysis or related roles.
