The Analytics team plays a crucial role in shaping strategy, identifying opportunities, and influencing product decisions to enhance user experience. From creating insightful dashboards to uncovering key customer behavior trends, the team influences the entire organization.
In this role, you will be a Senior Data Analyst, with a direct impact on our business lines. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to drive business performance and deliver the best product to our customers.
This position is based in our NYC office. Below is the base salary range for this role, with actual salaries varying depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance. This range is just one component of Betterment’s total compensation package:
New York City: $105,000 - $120,000

This role may also be eligible for a company incentive bonus. For roles based out of our NYC HQ, in-office attendance is required from Tuesday through Thursday each week.
