As a Senior Data Analyst within our Go To Market (GTM) organization, you'll report directly to the Director of GTM Data and Analytics. This vital role focuses on creating a center of excellence for analytics and insights. Your expertise in analytics will allow you to work alongside cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge dashboards, analytical tools, and in-depth analyses. These will aid in offering insights and recommendations to top leaders across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the sales organization by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. You’ll work closely with sales leadership to identify crucial performance indicators (KPIs), craft data-driven strategies, and bolster sales performance through actionable insights. Ensuring data accuracy and reliability to facilitate informed decision-making will be a cornerstone of your role.

Ideal candidates will have experience in dynamic, fast-growing environments and possess deep knowledge of sales metrics, processes, and tools. An enthusiastic curiosity about AI advancements and proficiency in using analytics technologies such as AI/ML, Tableau, SQL, or Python is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze sales data from diverse sources to support sales analysis.
  • Develop and maintain robust data models and create insightful, comprehensive reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide strategic insights to enhance sales efficacy and performance.
  • Present data-driven insights to cross-functional teams, aiding strategic decisions and growth.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven expertise in the creation of analytical tools and dashboards.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to function both independently and as a part of a team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, focusing on sales.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, and Hadoop.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge AI and data synthesis technologies.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $141,000, possibly supplemented by bonuses, commissions, equity, and extensive benefits. These are laid out according to role, level, and location specifics, allowing for precise adjustments based on experience and market standards.
