Job Description
As a Sr. Data Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring operational data is fit for purpose. You will define controls, monitor processes, and ensure compliance with enterprise data management standards. Key responsibilities include triaging and remediating data incidents, performing data analysis, training new users, and conducting impact analysis stemming from data updates.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Ensure data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls.
- Develop and execute Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, ensuring adherence across teams.
- Manage data-related incidents and communicate, resolve, or escalate issues as needed.
- Develop and manage controls to ensure tracking, monitoring, and resolution of any control breaches with data platform.
- Partner with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements.
- Support quarterly FRY14Q Schedule H Wholesale Risk data provisioning and submission to Federal Reserve Bank.
- Review and analyze trends in current population distributions and recommend reporting strategies.
- Create and update user training and guidance documentation resulting from enhancements and/or changes.

Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- 3-5 years of finance/risk analytics experience
- Experience in Regulatory Reporting
- Ability to analyze problems and provide both tactical and strategic solutions
- Strong data skills and experience with analysis and reporting tools, including basic SQL and intermediate Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership within highly-matrixed organizations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of FRY Schedule Q & H
Desired Qualifications
Preferred candidates will also have:
- Working knowledge of regulatory reporting schedules
- Experience with commercial/corporate loan agreements
- Strong communication skills with leadership, Compliance, Audit, and Credit Review
- Experience in Commercial Banking, credit underwriting, monitoring, and collateral analysis
- Regulatory, audit, and/or issue management experience
- Experience with Tableau and Confluence
- International Regulatory Reporting experience
- Familiarity with Pivot Tables and writing formulas
- Experience with SQL, coding languages such as Python or C++
