About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to join our Digital Health Data & Analytics Team in Ft. Worth, TX. In this key role, you will lead the development and execution of digital health data and analytics products. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will define product requirements and roadmaps for scalable and effective data products and analytics platforms. These innovations will transform the delivery of connected and personalized care.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the digital leadership team to develop and implement a data product and analytics platform vision in line with Digital Health business goals.
  • Define and manage the strategy for critical data products, from ideation to production, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Own the data & analytics product roadmap, ensuring the product backlog is well-defined, estimated, and prioritized.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, defining requirements and working with the team to write epics and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data protection laws.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to build modular, reusable solutions supporting the product vision and strategy.
  • Drive successful product launches and user adoption through cross-functional teamwork.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, gather feedback, and drive continuous product improvements.
  • Contribute to the success of a high-performing team of product managers and data domain owners.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, speed, innovation, and excellence.

What You'll Bring to Alcon

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs;Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; Ph.D.+3 yrs)
  • 7 years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of demonstrated leadership
  • Fluency in English—reading, writing, understanding, and communication
