The Role: Growth Data Scientist

As a key member of our Growth Data Science team, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to devise strategies that drive user growth. You will leverage our vast data sets to uncover new opportunities, guide A/B testing, influence product decisions, and help define essential business metrics and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate actionable business insights from data.
• Develop analytical frameworks to support business decisions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads within specific product sectors.
• Conduct thorough A/B testing and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Present data-driven insights across the company to inform product decisions and strategies.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Over 4 years of experience in data science within a consumer-focused internet company.
• At least 2 years of experience on growth or international product teams.
• Demonstrated ability in running A/B tests and applying advanced statistical methods for modeling and prediction.
• Strong skills in SQL and experience with building robust ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas.

Bonus points for familiarity with BigQuery and dbt.
