Job Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst at IntegrityM is pivotal in constructing sophisticated models and conducting deep analytical tasks that support the detection and prevention of anomalies in healthcare data. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining utmost confidentiality and adhering to all privacy and security protocols.
  • Employing advanced analytical techniques to build models that identify and analyze patterns indicative of fraud within healthcare systems.
  • Using statistical tools and software such as Python (Python, PySpark), R, SQL, SAS, and Databricks to manipulate and extract data effectively.
  • Developing targeted analyses, contributing to projects, and continuously updating knowledge on Medicare and Medicaid policies.
  • Providing mentorship and subject matter expertise to junior data analysts, ensuring high quality and accuracy in deliverables.

Job Qualifications

Prospective candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of a 4-year degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field or at least 6 years of relevant professional data analysis experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong expertise in analytic, mathematical, and statistical methods with substantial experience handling large and complex data sets.
  • High proficiency in SAS/SQL, Python/PySpark, Snowflake, R, Databricks, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates must be able to pass a public trust background check, with existing public trust preferred.
