About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Medical Data Analyst to join our Cardiac Diagnostics team. You will collaborate with software development, medical safety, and IDTF teams to collect, organize, and analyze data from our ECG monitoring solution. Your goal is to extract insights that enhance clinical decisions, improve patient outcomes, and increase operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to draw conclusions, ensuring meticulous data collection, organization, and accuracy.
• Evaluate algorithm and technician outputs, enhancing precision and identifying deviations.
• Oversee the technician review process, identifying opportunities for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate medical device safety and performance.
• Utilize programming languages (SQL, Python, R, SAS) to collect and analyze real-world data.
• Document and validate processes to ensure quality and reproducibility of results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance clinical outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis using Python, R, SQL, and similar tools.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a track record of effective teamwork across disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in medical device software architecture.
• Knowledge of ECG and cardiac products.
• A detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset, committed to precision and continuous learning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
