The Impact You’ll Make

Establish the Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) Practice Across the Enterprise

The Master Data Domain Leader (MDDL) is a pivotal leadership role that spans all organizational boundaries, offering comprehensive, enterprise-wide Master Data oversight for multiple data domains. As part of the Data Governance/MDM team, the MDDL supports the Customer/Supplier and Product data domains and collaborates with all business functions to champion the domain data strategy. This role will interact directly with data stewards and data owners for operational execution, necessary escalations, and policy ratification.

What You’ll Do

• Manage central data teams and oversee Master Data creation and management operations.
• Ensure data governance processes for the domain are tracked and resolved, escalating as necessary.
• Monitor and report on KPIs for the domain.
• Enforce data governance within the data domain.
• Facilitate Enterprise Data Council meetings.
• Plan, facilitate, and lead the Data Steward Steering Committee.
• Create the data maturity strategy for one or more domains.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience.

Work Location Models

Lam offers diverse work location models tailored to each role's requirements. Our hybrid roles blend on-site collaboration with remote flexibility, falling into two categories:

• On-site Flex: Work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with remote work for the remaining days.
• Virtual Flex: Work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary Information

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $129,000.00 - $272,000.00

This salary range applies to applicants residing or working onsite in the California San Francisco Bay Area. Salary offers depend on factors such as job location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and peer comparison. Actual salary may vary due to factors including unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company-mandated shutdowns, and other relevant aspects.
