Job Description Summary

With a strategic emphasis on AI-based personalization, PayPal is enhancing its AI/ML Platform teams. These teams are pivotal in building the necessary infrastructure and platforms to support and scale this initiative. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Senior Product Manager with profound expertise in AI/ML Platform stack and strong business acumen. This role involves collaborating extensively with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deliver a top-tier AI/ML Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop both long-term and short-term product strategies for the AI/ML Platform stack.
• Effectively communicate product priorities and establish consensus among engineering teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Continually engage with Data Scientists and Product domain teams to explore new AI business cases and ensure the platform effectively supports existing business cases.
• Deliver exceptional results in a cross-functional environment, building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and business teams.
• Define and measure key performance indicators to understand and maximize product value.

Requisite Experience

• Proven Product Management experience with enterprise-scale AI platforms within leading companies.
• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML Platform technologies, coupled with a strategic platform mindset.
• Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to drive technical requirements.
• Excellent time management skills, able to manage and prioritize a diverse set of tasks.
• Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills; adept at conveying critical messages compellingly.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Product Management.
• A BS or MS in STEM fields is strongly preferred.
