The Opportunity: Senior Product Manager AI/ML Platform

This hands-on role focuses on managing high-value AI products from inception to launch in an agile, market-driven environment. The successful candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive product strategy and delivery, and ensure our AI/ML platforms align with Visa's strategic goals.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for Visa's Global Data Platforms.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance AI/ML capabilities that drive key AI products.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new products.
• Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and product requirements.
• Advocate for superior user experiences powered by advanced AI technologies.

Who You Are

• Experienced in AI solutions and product management, especially in technical and AI/ML areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
• Knowledgeable about machine learning or data processing algorithms, particularly in fraud detection.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and experienced in fast-paced environments.
• The ability to travel occasionally as required by the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or advanced qualifications.
• Proven track in developing and launching AI/ML solutions in enterprise settings.
• Background in financial services, payments, or a related field is a plus.
