The Opportunity: Sr. Product Manager - Sales Data & Analytics

Adobe is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Sales Data & Analytics. This role involves driving the prioritization, planning, and execution of enterprise-scale analytics solutions. You'll work with diverse internal partners across Sales, Operations, and Strategy to gather and prioritize critical business requirements, shaping the Sales Data and Analytics technology roadmap in collaboration with other Product Managers across the Sales platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the business to deliver self-service data and insights tools for better, quicker data-driven decisions.
  • Act as product management liaison to data and analytics engineering teams.
  • Contribute to product strategy and vision for the Information and Data Services team.
  • Build relationships with partners to understand their data analytics needs, clarify objectives, and communicate plans.
  • Transform customer analytics needs into defined data engineering requirements, features, and enhancements.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of data solutions integrating batched and streaming data sources.
  • Leverage Adobe’s data assets to deliver insights that drive business outcomes, promoting a data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Perform data querying and analysis for applied data insights, customer engagement, and predictive solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver interdependent solutions and initiatives.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, managing competing requests from various stakeholders and user groups.
  • Support sprint planning and other scrum events as the Product Owner.

Required to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, 'data BSA,' or data product management in an agile environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, SparkSQL, Python, and experience with platforms like Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to anticipate and creatively implement the next steps.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation abilities, and social skills.
  • Proficiency in data requirement writing and gathering input from multiple sources with attention to detail.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and leverage enterprise application capabilities for delivering data solutions.

Our compensation varies based on geographic markets and specific roles. The U.S. pay range for this position is $103,600 - $206,600 annually, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and
