Position Overview

The Sr. Sales Business Intelligence Analyst is a key operational role within our organization. Collaborating closely with Sales Operations Analysts, Sales Leadership, and various internal functions, you will drive critical processes including sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and maintaining CRM system data integrity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead projects to enhance key reporting metrics and deliver operational performance analysis.
  • Support initiatives, programs, training, and policy/process facilitation to strengthen sales effectiveness.
  • Develop expertise in internal data management and perform quick, thorough data extractions and analysis.
  • Provide essential reporting on pipeline, revenue analytics, bookings, and key deal tracking across various business lines.
  • Offer comprehensive support in revenue planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to showcase data and analytical findings effectively.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis based on stakeholders' requests.

Who We Are Looking For

Prospective candidates should have at least 5 years in sales operations or financial analysis, hold a college degree/diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field, and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.com. Experience with BI tools such as QuickSight or Tableau and fluency in Spanish are advantageous.

Working Arrangements

This role offers flexibility in remote or hybrid work options. Candidates should be residing in the Central or Eastern Time Zone to align with team and operational needs.
