Your Role: Staff AI Engineer

Your Responsibilities

As a proven AI expert, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI algorithms to tackle complex cybersecurity challenges.
• Drive innovation through continuous improvements, maintaining the robustness, performance, and scalability of our AI models in a rapidly changing environment.
• Shape the future of our data platform by contributing insights and vision to our AI strategy roadmap.
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the team.
• Be a thought leader in AI for cybersecurity, contributing to industry best practices and influencing the field.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome passionate individuals with diverse experiences and perspectives. Ideal candidates will have:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and experience with various ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in a suitable programming language for ML development (Python, Java, R).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of data engineering principles and data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, and a passion for continuous learning in AI/ML technology.
