The Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics team at Stripe is dedicated to maximizing revenue by delivering actionable insights and comprehensive reports across Sales, Marketing, and Growth sectors. As part of Stripe’s esteemed Data Science organization, the GTM Analytics thrives with a diverse group of data analysts, scientists, product managers, and engineers focused on cultivating sales, marketing, and product-led growth using pertinent data to fuel company-wide strategic decisions.

Your Role and Impact

As a senior member of the GTM Analytics team, you’ll assume a leadership role in analytical projects that illuminate aspects of our self-service business and its growth drivers. By forging partnerships with cross-functional teams and leveraging your deep understanding of Stripe’s users, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business outcomes. Your insight will directly influence the growth trajectory of Stripe by developing essential frameworks and maintaining pivotal data pipelines and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Growth stakeholders to create and refine data products, highlighting key aspects of Stripe’s self-service operations.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging trends within Stripe’s Growth sector to influence strategic planning and decision-making.
• Foster scalable analytic frameworks to enhance understanding of the Stripe self-service experience.
• Design, build, and maintain essential data pipelines and dashboards to ensure the availability of timely and accurate data.
• Collaborate with finance partners to develop forecasting models that provide insights into the future developments of Stripe’s markets.
• Establish and standardize critical Growth metrics, facilitating widespread adoption and consensus across teams.

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 8 years of experience in analytical roles, handling extensive datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven experience in creating self-serve dashboards and scalable analytical tools.
• Strong statistical knowledge and expertise in data storytelling and visualization.
• Exceptional project management skills with thorough attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field or significant experience in tech field data analytics.
• Experience in developing data-driven narratives and visualizations for public sharing.
• Prior engagement with highly-regarded economic or policy institutions.
• Expertise in managing data pipelines with distributed data frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark.

Work Environment

This role allows for hybrid work arrangements. You can opt to work remotely or from a local Stripe office, with the flexibility to balance in-office collaboration with remote work as it suits your professional and personal needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual US base salary range for this position is $179,000 - $268,400, which includes potential sales commissions and bonuses. Additionally, Stripe offers competitive equity packages, a 401(k) plan, comprehensive health benefits, and wellness stipends.
