Job Description

What you'll do – Perform as smoothly as our cars:

• You are responsible for setting up a Data Analytics framework with full independence to choose the best technologies suiting the business.
• You are tasked with extracting insights from data to impact the business and paving the way for the Insight Platform.
• You will serve as the subject matter expert and facilitator for all data science-related queries to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven decision-making for the business.
• You will guide other engineers in designing the appropriate data models
• You will assist the team in choosing the correct persistence technologies for various types of workloads.
• You will assess and implement a range of technologies to address diverse business needs, from near-real-time reporting to deep analytics.

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed – Your eagerness to accelerate:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or an equivalent degree.
• Over 9+ years of experience in the domain of quantitative analytics, research, or data science & also leadership/mentoring experience.
• You should have a deep understanding of statistics and machine learning with hands-on experience in Data Science, clearly grasping the fundamentals of statistical models, traditional ML models, inference and hypothesis testing, simulations, and optimisations.
• Strong programming skills in at least two languages, for instance, Python / Java / Go.
• Should have an understanding of Devops/Mlops
• Experience in handling large amounts of real data with SQL or NoSQL
• Should have hands-on experience and knowledge of various deployment architectures.
• Must have deployed multiple ML models.
• Experience in implementing complex real-life problems
