Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to create reporting solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and reports.
• Optimize and enhance reporting processes and methodologies.
• Provide training and support to users on BI tools and reporting solutions.
• Analyze existing systems and propose improvements and new solutions.
• Focus on solving complex software development issues that meet customer expectations.
• Participate in the SDLC from requirements to testing, executing feature development, and fixing bugs with clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Build quality into all tasks, ensure adequate unit testing, and support QA engineers in testing completed items.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in database management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in report engineering and BI tools.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience in designing and developing interactive reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with GIT.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building applications in the financial domain is a plus.
• Experience with web applications built using .Net, Angular is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud solutions.
