We are seeking a Staff Outbound Product Manager to champion the strategy and execution for our groundbreaking AI services. You will be pivotal in advocating for our platform's technical capabilities and ensuring our solutions resonate with stakeholders and customers alike.

The Opportunity:
You will take the lead in our Generative AI services division, shaping the future of enterprise operations through AI. This role involves extensive interaction with internal teams, customers, and partners to enhance product experience and market adoption—a unique chance to impact one of the fastest-growing product lines in a leading global SaaS company.

Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives and foster market leadership in enterprise AI solutions.
- Function as a product evangelist, promoting AI best practices and successful customer engagement strategies.
- Develop critical 'How To' content that aligns capabilities with customer value.
- Facilitate the collaboration between Product Management and customers to enhance user experience and value realization.
- Lead and influence product market entry and growth, providing vision and direction to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Over 6 years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or technical sales.
- Proficient understanding of AI technologies, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI systems.
- A customer-centric approach, dedicated to fostering long-term success.
- Capability to engage deeply with technology, demonstrating expertise in tailoring use cases and enhancing customer interactions.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $158,500 - $277,500, complemented by equity, variable compensation based on performance, and an array of benefits. Our comprehensive package includes health plans, retirement saving options, and flexible work arrangements to support diverse needs and lifestyles.
