About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to contribute to our Autonomy Data Product team. This role involves crafting cutting-edge data products for Machine Learning and Validation that drive our autonomous systems forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Autonomy Data and Motion Planning teams to produce and validate data artifacts crucial for ML models and overall Driver software.
  • Analyze requirements for machine learning training and validation, selecting best practices and coordinating team efforts to evolve tools and operational processes.
  • Monitor project progress, handle dependencies, assess risks, and communicate updates to senior management while motivating teams to meet ambitious objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional projects, promote efficient project management practices, and support teams in balancing priorities to achieve proactive results.
  • Provide technical leadership by understanding architectural implementations and proposing alternatives to enhance effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering Management, or Engineering within domains like autonomous systems, data science, machine learning, or software development.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience with outstanding achievements.
  • Expertise in machine learning, robotics, or computer vision systems, with a track record of impactful product development or technology program launches.
  • Proficiency in project management, adept in methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to audience needs, complemented by a passion for pioneering innovative products.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range for this role is $181,000-$290,000 annually, depending on experience and location. Includes eligibility for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and comprehensive health benefits.
