Your Role and Impact

Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Data Analyst at Weatherford, your expertise in data analytics will spearhead the development and optimization of our supply chain processes. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and other analytical tools to create impactful visualizations and reports that drive decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage data to support our sourcing groups, enhancing supplier database accuracy and functionality.
  • Generate dynamic reports and dashboards to track procurement processes and supply chain performance.
  • Optimize and implement advanced Power BI solutions and train end-users for maximized efficiency.
  • Facilitate effective communication of insights and findings across teams to aid strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Execute projects that enhance supply chain operations and foster robust vendor relationships.

Who You Are: Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • More than 2 years of experience in roles involving Business Intelligence Tools and Spend Analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Expert in Microsoft Power BI with solid experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across global teams and lead project initiatives effectively.
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial processes and systems such as JD Edwards and knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry supply markets.
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate are highly advantageous.
