About the role:
As the team's Data Analyst, your tasks will fluctuate, with your main responsibility being to assist the organization in its conversion to Power BI, transforming data into business insights and ensuring data integrity to facilitate the smooth operation of our Supply Chain systems.
You will conduct data analyses and make recommendations to optimize and enhance, helping us to boost customer satisfaction and value. You will assist the team as we seek to connect, cooperate, and partner across the group to create value and move towards our common Supply Chain goal of delivering as promised. This role will aid in the smooth operation of BI systems and processes, managing all communications for our apps, reporting, and data models.
This is where you come in:
You are an IT professional with intermediate skills in SQL and Power BI. You will be assisting the Global Supply Chain team and In-Market Operations teams by offering training and support, serving as the primary link between Supply Chain and our BI IT Team. By offering a global perspective to analysis, you will bring a system & data integrity focus to Supply Chain projects that will safeguard the information accuracy in crucial BI reports and data models.
Your desire for continuous improvement means you will actively search for opportunities for automation and process improvement using BI to fulfill the operational requirements of the business. Working closely with the BI IT team you will coordinate and lead BI communications, training & support for other Supply Chain & Operations users, and support ongoing system maintenance & improvements across existing Supply Chain tools.
So who are you?
A confirmed analytical professional with technical experience in a business process improvement role
Demonstrated experience with Power BI reporting and SQL
Exceptional Excel skills for data analysis - working with PivotTables, creating macros, and managing significant data sets
Strong commercial insight and experience with information systems management, with an emphasis on reporting
Superior problem-solving capabilities, able to clearly articulate a problem or opportunity and resolve it at the root cause
Experience working for a multinational business; Understanding of Supply Chain and Operations preferred
Curious mindset with the ability to sustain strong relations with all stakeholders.
