Qualifications

We are seeking a qualified professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science. Alternatively, candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics will also be considered.

An Intermediate to Advanced level of English proficiency is required.

Required Skills

Hard Skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Proficiency with computational tools including Office and Excel (Advanced).
• Knowledge of cloud-based tools (AWS: Redshift).
• Intermediate level in programming languages such as Python, R, C++.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to improve data efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data systems.
• Manage data processes including data entry, deletion, modification, and cleaning.
• Structure data storage and organization.
• Prepare data according to Supply Chain use cases.
• Create data reports including data visualization and information queries.
• Update and maintain digital tool use cases within the company.
• Promote the use of digital tools among the Supply Chain team such as O2I, Parsable, SwuipeGuide, and Power BI.
