Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accuracy of data entered into the Information System by conducting regular audits.
  • Analyze product designs, material flow, inventory, and scheduling methods to optimize the structure and settings of data in line with Group recommendations.
  • Manage new product introductions, engineering changes, and product lifecycle transitions.
  • Maintain and update procedures for product data creation promptly.
  • Lead the Material Change Coordination meetings.
  • Initiate the entry of new components and products into the Supply Chain Information Systems.
  • Regularly create and update parts, bill of materials, and other essential data within the Supply Chain Information Systems according to defined material typologies (OEM, OES, WIP, trading parts, etc.).
  • Adjust locations, packaging, and labels in the Supply Chain Information Systems database to meet local standards (GALIA, VDA, etc.), customer requirements, and logistic protocols agreed with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with various departments and participate in Cross-Functional Teams to support broader company objectives.
  • Contribute to maintaining and achieving the Quality System standards like Compass 1000.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and Data Analysis.
  • Proficiency in managing large datasets and understanding complex supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
