Our Team

The Corporate Sustainability and Reporting team at Dyson operates from the UK and Singapore, focused on integrating and advancing the company's Sustainability agenda. This team, directed by the Chief Legal Officer, plays a vital role in managing sustainability risks, enhancing ESG reporting, and promoting sustainable initiatives across various functions and markets. Our proactive approach helps shape strategic corporate decisions and ensures robust stakeholder communication.

The Role

We are excited to offer the opportunity for an adept Lead Analytics Engineer to make significant contributions to our dynamic Corporate Sustainability and Reporting team. This role is centered around enhancing stakeholder reporting and advancing data-driven sustainability efforts within Dyson. You will lead the development of our ESG reporting, maintain impactful data models, and produce insightful visualizations that drive sustainable decision-making.

Located in Malmesbury, England, you will work closely with the Sustainability Analytics Manager to ensure our data strategies align with legislative changes and stakeholder expectations, fostering an environment of compliance and insightful business transformation.

About You

Prospective candidates should have a solid background with over 5 years in analytics, superb skills in data modeling, proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and familiarity with ETL technologies. Your ability to interpret business needs and implement robust data solutions will be crucial. We value self-motivation, dynamic engagement, and a results-driven approach, with strong relational and communication skills.
