Primary Job Duties & Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with IT enterprise data to identify and resolve issues.
• Expertise in utilizing data analytic tools to develop custom queries, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Experience in determining key performance indicators (KPIs) for systems and applications.
• Proficiency with various cloud and on-premise system configurations.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow for tracking and logging issues.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Splunk certification highly regarded.
• Strong background in Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Proficient in scripting with Python or Shell.

Job Requirements:

• Must have an active TS/SCI + Full Scope Poly U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 16 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Skilled in identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Exceptional discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to network and establish professional relationships.
• Effective prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This position primarily involves sitting and/or standing in an office setting, frequently using a computer and other office equipment. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 20 pounds and accommodate moderate noise levels and stress typical of an onsite office environment.

Schedule:

Our core business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. ET, with standard work hours varying based on contract requirements. This position is located onsite at a customer facility in Herndon, VA.
