This team is ideal for those who enjoy collaborative problem-solving and making a significant impact. We use advanced data tools on the AWS platform like Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Analytics Engineering team. This role involves overseeing and mentoring a team of 2-5 engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data products and solutions.

What You Bring

  • Strong experience with data platform tools (SQL, ETL such as Airflow or Argo, data warehouse like Snowflake, dbt, BI tools like Looker or Metabase)
  • Experience leading a team of 2+ engineers and significant background as an engineer or developer within data teams
  • Strong understanding of engineering development principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership qualities, confidence-inspiring, and good team dynamics comprehension, including coaching and mentoring
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead technical discussions
  • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
