Team Leader of Analytics Engineering

We're currently seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer with management experience to enhance our Analytics department. In this senior leadership role, you will report directly to the Head of Analytics. Team-Focused You will be leading a compact team of 3 or 4, primarily concentrating on dimensional data modelling, data engineering, business and product optimization, cloud platform utilization, and data management. Potential tools for use may include SQL, Python, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, dbt, and airflow - all cloud-based. Your team will mainly collaborate with different product teams, as well as other internal business units to collect requirements, understand business needs, and provide data-driven recommendations. Often, the task might involve distilling highly complex and unstructured data into simple answers, testing hypotheses, and generating insights.
