Job Title: Tech Refresh Data Analyst

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000

Responsibilities

The Tech Refresh Data Analyst plays a vital role in our mission to ensure efficient Tech Refresh operations and data management. Key responsibilities include:

• Executing comprehensive data analysis under this contract.
• Delivering system data and recommending process improvements for automation.
• Gathering and scrutinizing performance data, identifying issues, and formulating actionable recommendations to support program planning and operations.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance initiative effectiveness.
• Analyzing aspects of production planning, material procurement, inventory control, rate setting, outsourcing, vendor management, and distribution.
• Providing pivotal project data, updates, and forecasting insights to facilitate future organizational growth within the Tech Refresh scope.
• Preparing data requirements for efficient schedule utilization, project success, implementation, and execution of assets.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Proven experience in data collection, acquisition, extraction, integration, inspection, cleaning, and modeling.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in data management, engineering, and science.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict management, and critical thinking skills.
