Technical Data Analyst Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analysis including experimentation logic, hypothesis testing, and regressions
• Support and manage data-centric projects
• Create interactive visualizations using tools like Tableau
• Utilize programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R
• Develop extract, transform, load (ETL) data pipelines
• Recommend improvements for tools and processes
• Convey technical issues to both technical and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with operations and data-focused teams (e.g., DS, DE) to solve problems and develop solutions
• Provide data expertise to support cross-functional operational needs of a global partner workforce
• Independently plan, lead, and analyze data trends to deliver insights and drive improvements
• Perform root cause analyses on key problem areas
• Work with a global team on data-driven initiatives to solve complex operational problems

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 24 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Required experience includes:

• Data and analytical problem solving
• Programming languages: SQL, Python, or R
• Experimentation and statistics
• Project management fundamentals
• Leading data-centric projects across a wide cross-functional landscape
• Explaining technical issues to both technical and business partners
• Data Modeling

Compensation
