As a key member of our team, you will:

• Collaborate with analytics, revenue, and engineering teams to derive insights and identify business opportunities, thereby shaping our data-driven product roadmap.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and align data initiatives with our strategic objectives to maximize value.
• Develop and maintain a transparent data product roadmap, ensuring effective communication and expectation management across teams.
• Work closely with engineering to assess technical feasibility, resource allocation, and cost estimation for upcoming projects while addressing immediate queries.
• Be the advocate for our customers within the team, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of our data solutions.
• Drive the lifecycle of data solutions from ideation through to development and eventual phase-out.
• Lead various data governance initiatives focusing on data architecture, quality, and stewardship.
• Promote data literacy and best practices, and facilitate training programs to help internal users effectively engage with our data tools and platforms.

Are You Our Ideal Candidate?

You might be a perfect fit if you have:

• A strong grasp of data and analytics principles, with a solid understanding of data platforms, tools, and solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience as a product manager focused on data and analytics, or substantial exposure as a lead data engineer or technical business stakeholder involved in similar domains.
• Proven data handling skills and analytical acumen to manage product lifecycles effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of fostering consensus across diverse teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, enhancing product adaptability and team efficiency.
• Advanced communication proficiency in English, adept at explaining complex technical and business concepts.
• An educational background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
