This role is pivotal in scaling our internal systems and ensuring our day-to-day functions are not only up-to-date but also efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Manager, you will:

• Develop technical, service, and content solutions across various business lines.
• Improve data availability and reportability focusing on core business concepts like practices, providers, and contract terms.
• Collaborate across teams to support the design and implementation of business processes dependent on reliable data.
• Work closely with business owners, operations, and technical teams to define project goals, scope, and detailed rollout plans.
• Drive the development of both short and long-term product roadmaps, maximizing value and minimizing risk through continuous iteration.

What You Will Bring

You should have:

• Over 5 years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS products, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• A strong foundation in using data and research to guide solution design and understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and a knack for building strategic business solutions.

Preferred Skills

Experience with:

• Data structures and data system flows.
• SQL queries, data analysis or managing data infrastructures.
• Process mapping, design, and implementation in operational settings.
• Knowledge of healthcare administrative data sets is highly advantageous.
