Your Role and Responsibilities:

As the Technical Product Manager, you will act as the primary contact point for Ford Credit’s data-users worldwide, overseeing a vast portfolio and collaborating extensively across various teams. Your core duties include:

• Program management for the integration and enhancement of our unified data platform on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Leading the migration and modernization of our data platforms from Teradata to GCP.
• Implementing cutting-edge digital data product solutions and operational efficiencies.
• Managing the entire product lifecycle from planning through delivery — ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Driving team ceremonies and ensuring the execution of agile best practices to meet strategic goals effectively.

What We Require:

• At least 5 years of solid experience in Data Warehousing, particularly with Teradata and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Proven leadership capabilities with strong evidence of managing engineering teams in a product-focused environment.
• An understanding of security standards and best practices, including GDPR and Ford-specific ISP standards.
• Ability to function autonomously in areas of high ambiguity and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with:

• Regulatory reporting and GCP migration.
• Supplier management, including negotiation and strategic relationship management.
• Coaching and mentoring Data Engineers in product-oriented practices and tools.

Training and Development:
