Job Summary

As a Golfer Insights & Research Analyst, your role revolves around garnering, analyzing, and interpreting golfer insights through both primary and secondary research. Your strategic recommendations will play a crucial role in directing the growth and enhancing the performance of the Titleist golf clubs division.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product category leaders to outline goals and establish research requirements.
• Design and execute surveys aimed at collecting essential first-party data for thorough analysis.
• Deliver detailed reports and presentations showcasing research outcomes, crucial golfer insights, and actionable business recommendations.
• Utilize golfer-level CRM/Loyalty data to understand trends and behaviors, perform advanced analytics, and provide stakeholders with strategic insights.
• Develop and lead market size analysis and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Manage the insights calendar to guarantee the effective achievement of research objectives and outcomes.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in consumer research or quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics and statistical tools like R, SPSS, or Python.
• Keen eye for detail with a strong quantitative mindset and advanced analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of golf, with a genuine passion for the game highly beneficial.
• Willingness for domestic travel (approximately 5%).
