Key Responsibilities

Our team partners closely with US stores and eCommerce businesses to enhance customer service through technological innovation. We cover a broad spectrum of products from groceries to entertainment, offering customers valued choices whether they shop online, via mobile apps, or in-store. Our focus areas include customer service, in-store service, merchant tools, data science, search, and personalization.

What You'll Bring

  • In-depth understanding of optimization theory and neural network architectures.
  • Proven record in solving business problems using neural networks.
  • Proficiency in popular deep learning packages like Pytorch, Keras, Tensorflow.
  • Strong software development skills in Python, SQL, R, Scala, Java.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle new challenges under pressure.
  • Ability to clearly define problems, models, and constraints from informal business requirements.
  • Leadership capabilities with teamwork spirit and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Big Data processing and feature engineering using Spark.
  • Familiarity with training ML models via Cloud Services (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
  • Hands-on experience in designing and training large DL models on GPU farms.
  • Knowledge of LLM and accessibility best practices.

Salary Range:

  • Reston, Virginia: $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 per year.
  • Bentonville, Arkansas: $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year.
