Key Responsibilities

Data Product Leadership:

  • Forge a compelling data product vision and strategy that delivers tangible value to customers.
  • Lead market research and discovery efforts to identify innovative customer solutions, integrating findings into the product roadmap.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, aligning development efforts with strategic objectives and value propositions.
  • Develop and monitor critical success metrics, such as cost efficiency, functionality, risk management, and reliability.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Over 10 years of proven experience in product management or a closely related field.
  • Advanced understanding of the product development lifecycle, including design and data analytics.
  • Expertise in leading product lifecycle activities from discovery and ideation to strategic execution and value management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in a complex, highly matrixed organizational structure.
  • Background in the travel domain or customer loyalty programs.
  • Relevant educational foundation, particularly in Computer Science.
