Key Qualifications:

• Proven program management experience overseeing product development from conception to launch.
• Solid track record in hands-on software development.
• Ability to manage rapid changes and remain calm in uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and inter-team collaboration skills.
• Self-motivation with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in embedded firmware/software development.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in planning and executing firmware and low-level software project schedules, while identifying critical paths for technology development.
• Drive performance, power, and memory optimizations for ML model inference.
• Identify technical risks and partnership strategies with Apple technologists for mitigation.
• Maintain close communication with engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Analyze and synthesize large datasets to create actionable insights.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Pay & Benefits:

The compensation package for this position includes a base pay range between $132,300 and $241,500, influenced by the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Apple also offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, educational reimbursement, and more. Eligibility for discretionary bonuses, stock options, and other benefits is applicable as per company policies.
