We are seeking a highly experienced banking analytics professional to join our Consumer Banking Sales Science Team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. As a key player in our team, you will:

• Utilize a broad spectrum of data analysis tools and techniques to enhance client interactions and personalize experiences.
• Design and implement robust A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to analyze the impact of product features and user experiences.
• Analyze experimental data to spot anomalies, trends, and actionable insights, aiding in continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, success metrics, and deliver comprehensive insights.
• Communicate effectively across all project stages with team members and stakeholders, providing updates and strategic solutions.
• Create powerful visual presentations to summarize research findings for stakeholder reviews.
• Drive innovation by suggesting new ideas and technologies, and continuously enhance your technical skills.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Minimum of 10 years in banking analytics, ideally with a focus on business/risk/marketing strategy.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and hands-on expertise in customer segmentation, clustering analysis, and experimental design.
• A solid understanding of market strategies and core principles of consumer banking.
• A problem-solving mindset with a proven track record of delivering effective customer solutions in consumer banking.
• Excellent mentorship skills and the ability to manage both individual and team projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating executive-grade presentations and managing strategic meetings.
• Advanced skills in organizing and navigating internal processes, foreseeing potential challenges, and planning accordingly.
• Strong business insight with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business terminologies.
