Analyze customer digital data to facilitate marketing decision-making in order to accelerate the brand's commercial performance✅ EXPECTED RESULTS :
🚀 Produce studies and analyses on customer behavior, communicate the results, follow the recommendations, create performance tracking dashboards
🚀 Understand digital customer journeys by integrating an omnichannel logic
🚀 Build different customer segmentations and supervise their use
🚀 Work with Marketing and IT to develop the digital & data environment and participate in the evolution of the databases.
✅ PROFILE SOUGHT :
If you are an expert in digital data analysis, want to contribute to the evolution of a major brand, and are ready to take on this challenge, this job is for you. You work within the Marketing Management and you are attached to a team of 5 people in the Data Department.
You are autonomous in the extraction and use of data (e-commerce site, google analytics, social media, online advertising, email marketing, SEO, CRM data, transactional). Your goal: to understand everything about digital customer behavior and paths, by integrating them into an omnichannel logic.
Also, we expect you to have a real open-mindedness, curiosity, and a customer-oriented attitude, all with a strong team spirit. You collaborate with Belgium and the UK (in English!) as a true expert because in the team, each person is responsible for an activity and is its spokesperson.
Tools: Google Analytics or Piano, Adobe, SQL language. Mastery of a Data Visualization tool (Tableau, PowerBI, …) or Python will be a plus.
Your direct superior is the Customer Data Manager. He arrived via digiRocks, we know him well: he is an expert with 14 years of experience in data and has been a manager for more than 6 years. You are going to learn things!
