The AI Solution Manager/AI Senior Solution Manager (Federal, Intelligence Community) role combines Technical Project Management, Product Development and Business Development. These managers will work at the forefront of our business, supporting the US Intelligence Community and overseeing cross-functional efforts to apply C3 AI solutions to complex predictive and prescriptive problems in new domains for new customers. They will identify and measure high-impact mission opportunities, shape them into manageable AI/ML problems and drive the delivery of solutions that have compelling mission value. Recent success stories include the use of generative AI on classified data sets, hyperscale entity collocation, multimodal entity fusion, intelligence synthesis for fighter aircraft and anomaly detection on in-orbit spacecraft. These are high-impact projects with great internal and external visibility. Responsibilities: - Lead high-performing C3 AI teams which include data scientists, solutions engineers, application engineers and product managers in delivering quick turnaround, production-ready AI/ML applications. - Collaborate with decision-makers, IT leaders, Data Science Leads and subject matter experts in Federal Agencies to identify and develop compelling use cases for the C3 AI Suite. - Work with C3 AI Sales and potential customers as a trusted partner to communicate the C3 AI offering, define feasible AI/ML use cases and scope production-ready AI/ML applications. - Convert firsthand experience into impactful input for our product direction and strategy. - Regular travel (25% or more) to customer sites is required. Qualifications: Eligible candidates for this position are US citizens with a Top Secret clearance with Polygraph and an advanced technical degree. They should also have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex and multidimensional projects. Specific requirements are: - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or similar field and Master of Science, Public Administration or Business Administration degrees with technical concentrations/expertise. - 6 or more years of work experience including technical problem solving and project delivery. - Deep knowledge of at least one Intelligence Community agency mission area and the ability to lead and shape AI/ML use case development with customers. - Technical competence in cloud architectures and services. - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and experience in delivering effective presentations to senior executives – decision-makers, IT executives and SMEs. - You are technical, polished, driven, goal-oriented and have a proven delivery record. - Ability to learn quickly with excellent analytical problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively across diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in management consulting. - Prior experience contributing to the DOD or IC intelligence cycle (e.g., data collection, exploitation, analysis, etc.). - Programming experience in AI/ML and the data science pipeline. - Master of Science in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics or similar field. - Experience in working in an agile engineering organization. - Understanding of the competitive landscape in enterprise big data and machine learning platforms. - Understanding of the FAR and experience with the government contracting processes. - Competency in public speaking and customer interaction.
