As a Compensation Analyst at Salary.com, you will be accountable for assisting our customers by validating participant survey submissions and generating reports/analytics. Moreover, this position involves creating, mapping, and maintaining job descriptive content, including job levels and compensable factors. Our objective is to deliver fast and accurate compensation data to our customers so they can make informed talent management decisions. - Remote opportunity, office located in Waltham, MA. - Monday-Friday work schedule - Career development & growth opportunities - Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 plus the potential for a quarterly bonus A Day in the Life… - Offering consultative solutions to our customers regarding our compensation analysis software and pay data. - Analysing market compensation surveys to comprehend the pay ranges per job. - Performing benchmark job matching across various survey sources. - Building market-pricing composites for jobs in different industries, company sizes, and geographical locations. - Formulating pay trends and scope differentials to adjust the data economically. - Crafting testing plans and ensuring data quality. - Documenting business processes for data production. - Assisting clients in optimising the use of Salary.com's software and data to manage their compensation programs. - Reviewing customer survey participation files. - Resolving issues with customers' participation files. - Writing and editing benchmark job descriptions. - Mapping additional content to job descriptions such as skills, qualifications, and licences. - Contributing to pay consultancy projects. - Collaborating with Product Managers on new product development. - Assisting in the completion of other projects as required.
