Job Description

At Deloitte's business area Consulting, which today consists of approximately 500 employees in Sweden, you can work with supporting leading organizations in strategic matters, in interim solutions, and in change projects in both finance and IT. To meet the changing demands of the market and create value for the change journeys that clients face, we contribute to new and more efficient ways of working, improvement of processes and routines, and operational preparations for our clients. We help our clients implement operating systems and rely on system solutions and modern digital platforms.

Deloitte Consulting is organized based on several areas with associated teams to meet the needs of our clients. Within Consulting, we are looking for individuals who are economists, engineers, IT/systems analysts, human resources specialists, or behavioral scientists with a master's degree, alternatively an equivalent or combined education in these areas. This ad is directed at individuals who mainly have a background in economics, possibly in combination with engineering, IT/systems science or behavioral science.

We are primarily looking for new employees to start in August 2024, but with some exceptions for certain teams that are also looking for new employees to start in January 2024.

Finance Operations (formerly Business Process Solutions - BPS)

We support our clients in operational roles within the finance function, primarily with a focus on interim solutions but also to some extent project-based deliveries. In interim solutions, we support our customers in temporary roles such as accountants, controllers, or finance managers. Project-based deliveries can involve streamlining and improving processes, optimizing financial flows, supporting the implementation of operating systems or operational preparations for IPOs. Our clients range from smaller businesses to international listed corporations representing various types of industries.

We would like you to have a focus on accounting, management, controlling, or economy & IT. Experience in financial work is meritorious, especially in accounting.

Finance Technology

We support our clients with interim assignments as economists varied with digitization projects, within areas such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Excel, VBA, and Power BI. In your role, you will get to develop, configure and support automation solutions. You will conduct process assessments and scrutinies with our clients and work with Change Management. Furthermore, you will be out at the client's site supporting your colleagues with automation and improvement of financial processes, focusing on RPA, Excel, and Power BI.

We would like you to have a combined education in economics and IT/system science, accounting, management or controlling, or a degree in economics and an interest in IT. It is meritorious if you have experience working with economics, especially in accounting or if you have experience with technology, BI, and RPA.

Emerging ERP Solutions

We support our clients in developing and driving business value by implementing and developing customized ERP solutions within the remit of the finance department responsibilities. You will work on projects based on our agile project methodology, and your focus is, among other things, to work with the client to develop and implement the finance system Oracle Netsuite. The role, which almost exclusively involves project work, also offers the opportunity to create solutions for streamlining and automating financial processes at our clients. Deloitte is an established alliance partner to Oracle NetSuite globally, where Sweden and the Nordics are in a strong growth phase. The assignments are primarily based in the Stockholm area, but our customers are usually international with operations in several countries. Together with our team, you will be working with project management and supporting innovative solutions within NetSuite for our clients. You will also be given the opportunity to drive certain flows and subprojects within the scope of the delivery.

We would like you to have an education in economics in combination with IT/system science and an interest in operating systems.

Operation Transformation

We support our clients in implementing business strategies to achieve their business goals. We work with business transformation, which often includes implementation of system support for industry-specific technology in several different industries, with a particular focus on banking and insurance as well as Retail.

We would like you to have a background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering with a focus on Finance, Management and/or Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Please refer to team-specific requirements above. Overall, we are looking for recent graduates in economics with a master's degree, or alternatively an equivalent or combined economics degree.

Furthermore, we would like that:

• You have good academic results, international experience and relevant involvement in addition to your studies.
• You have relevant work experience and experience in the consulting industry is also meritorious.
• You are a team player but also enjoy working independently. You are extroverted, goal-oriented, dedicated, proactive, and motivated by new challenges. You have an interest in developing businesses and operations.
• You have an interest in how digitization and new technology linked to the economy can develop businesses and help realize our clients' strategies and business goals.
• You have very good language skills in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
